Mangoes are known as the king of fruits.In India,Mangoes are available in the summer season between the April and June. Mangoes have been cultivated in India and Southeast Asia from 4000 years ago. Mango is a pulpy fruit which consists of a big seed in the center.Mangoes are not only delicious, Mangoes have a large amount of nutritional value also which is very important for our body.Mangoes are rich in protein, vitamin C and dietary fibers.Mangoes are good for your heart health, eye health and helps in boosting your immunity and supports your  digestive system.Mangoes are very low in calories and are rich in antioxidants.
                                            Mangoes are used in many recipes such as Mango cake, Mango rabdi, Mango icecream, mango rasmalai but the most easy and yummy recipe is mango milk shake that is healthy and very very delicious.so, today Iam going to share the recipe of 3 ingredients mango milkshake.
SO LET'S GET STARTED

INGREDIENTS 

1/2 cup chopped mango
1+1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 cardamom pods
1 cup full cream milk
Ice cubes as required

METHOD

  • Step-1
Take a mixer jar.Add chopped mango and cardamom pods in it and make a fine paste of it.
  • Step-2
Now, take out this paste in a bowl and mix powdered sugar and milk in it.And chill it for 5 minutes in refrigerator
  • Step-3
Take 2 glasses add ice cubes in it and then pour the prepared milkshake into the glasses.
  • Step-4
Garnish it with mint sprig.
                                       Your easy and delicious Mango milkshake is ready to serve.
