Tomato Onion Sandwich 

Sandwiches
are the most common breakfast eaten all over the world but eating sandwiches loaded with fats is not a good choice. Let's prepare a healthy sandwich for breakfast that is easy to make, requires very little ingredients and tastes delicious. So, Let's get started:


Ingredient required for this recipe are as follows:


1 cup finely chopped tomatoes 
● Half cup finely chopped onions 
●1 teaspoon finely chopped Green Chili 
●1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves
●1 teaspoon lemon juice 
●Half teaspoon red chili powder 
●Salt as per taste
●8 bread slices
●Tomato ketchup for serving

Method

Step-1

Take a bowl, add finely chopped tomatoes, onions, green Chili, coriander leaves, lemon juice, red chilli powder, salt in it and mix well all the ingredients.

Step-2

Take a bread slice spread the tomato Onion mixture on it and cover it with another bread slice. Similarly make all the sandwiches.

Step-3 

Heat a pan, and place the sandwich on it and cook for 2 minutes at low flame then filp it over and cook for another 2 minutes.

Step-4

Now, Take the Sandwich out of the pan,cut it into 2 pieces and serve with tomato ketchup.
                                               Your healthy tomato Onion Sandwich is ready to serve.
