Lets prepare sooji halwa that is very easy to make and is very healthy as it contains ghee that is very good for your bones. So, Lets start the recipe. Ingredients required for the recipe as follows ●1 cup semolina ●2 cups of water ●3/4 Cup sugar ●Half teaspoon cardamom powder ●Half cup chopped dry fruit ●2 tbsp ghee ●Fried dry fruit(you can use your favourite one) Method Step-1 Heat a pan,add semolina and dry roast till it gets light brown in colour at medium flame. Step-2. After the semolina gets light brown in colour, switch off the flame and take it out in a plate. Step-3 Heat a saucepan add water and sugar in it and let it cook till the sugar melts.Then, switch off the flame.
