Refreshing Masala Shikanji Recipe INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp powdered sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp black salt 1/2 roasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 pinch coriander powder 2 glass of water Crushed ice as required Pinch of black pepper powder Lemon slice for garnishing METHOD Step-1 Take a bowl, Add powdered sugar,lemon juice,black salt,roasted cumin powder,salt,coriander powder and mix well. Step-2 Now, add water into the prepared concentrate and stir well. Step-3 Take 2 glasses ; add crushed ice and a pinch of black pepper into it and then pour the prepared shikanji into the glasses. Step-4 Garnish the shikanji with a lemon slice. Your Refreshing Masala Shikanji is ready to serve.
