is very high in protein and very healthy for your health.Rajma belongs to Kashmir but it is popular as punjabi dish. Rajma curry is very spicy and tasty.It is served with jeera rice.let's make punjabi rajma chawal today.So,lets start the reci

Ingredients required for the recipe are as follows:


●2 cups Rajma(soaked)
●1 tsp salt
●6 cups water
●2 tbsp butter
●1 cup chopped onions
●2 cups tomato puree
●2 tsp ginger garlic paste
●Salt as per taste
●2 tbsp rajma masala
●1 tsp garam masala 
●Chopped green coriender leaves as required.
●Jeera rice(for serving)

Method


Step-1
Take a pressure cooker,add soaked rajma, 1 tsp salt,6 cups water and pressure cook till 5 whistles at medium flame.Let the pressure cooker cool naturally and then tranfer boiled rajma to a bowl.

Step-2
Now,heat a pressure cooker,add butter in it and let it melt.As the butter melts add chopped onions and cook till the onions get light brown colour at medium flame.

Step-3
As the onion get light brown in colour, add ginger garlic paste,tomato puree,salt as per taste,rajma masala and cook it till the masala separates the oil.

Step-4
As the oil separates from the masala add boiled rajma to it and then pressure cook for 1 whistle.

Step-5
After 1 whistle,let the cooker cool down and then add garam masala and chopped coriender to it and mix it.

Step-6
Serve the jeera rice and serve hot.
          You Kashmiri Rajma is ready to serve.
