Baked potato wedges|Cafe style|
Potato are one of the most necessary food item in your daily diet and is loved by the most of the people in this world some people think that potatoes make you fatty but it is totally wrong. Fried potatoes make you fatty but boiled potatoes and baked potatoes does not make you fatty they are actually nutritious to your diet so today I am going to share with you the recipe of of potato wedges song in the restaurant but in the healthy way. So let's start the recipe.
Ingredients required for making with recipe are as follows
4 big potatoes (cut into wedges)
3 tsp of salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp butter(melted)
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp rice flour
Ketchup(For serving)
Mint spring (Garnish)
Method
Step-1
Wash the raw potatoes wedges 3 to 4 times with fresh water.Now,boil it for 5 mins at medium flame with 2 tsp of salt.
Step-2
After 5 minutes,take out the potataoes from the water and and let it get dry on a cloth.
Step-3
As the potatoes dry,take it in a bowl,now add in melted butter,1 tsp salt,1 tsp chilli flakes,1 tsp cumin seeds and mix all things together.Now,freeze it for 15 minutes.
Step-4
After 15 minutes take it out from the freezer and add rice flour to ot and mix it altogether.
Step-5
Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180°c for 15 minutes.
Step-6
After 15 minutes,Take out the wedges and serve it with tomato ketchup and top it with a mint spring.
Your cafe style potato wedges are ready to serve.
