CREAMY SPINACH SOUP
Spinach is a good source of antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties that protect your body from a wide range of diseases. Ingredients
1 bunch Spinach
2 tsp Oil
½ cup chopped Onion
1 tsp chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp Butter
Water as required
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp crushed Black Pepper
Fresh Cream for garnishing
Method
Heat a pan.Add oil in it and let it get heated.
STEP-2
Then,add chopped onions and chopped green chilli and saute 1 minute at medium flame.
STEP-3
Now,add the spinach and cook at medium flame for 10 minutes.
STEP-4
After 10 minutes,switch off the flame and let the spinach mixture cool down.After the mixture is cooled grind it into a fine paste.
STEP-5
Heat a pan add butter and grinded spinach paste.Then,add water to it and adjust the consistency.Add salt as per your taste and crushed black pepper and let the soup come to boil and then off the flame.
STEP-6
Serve the soup hot and top it with fresh cream.
Your creamy spinach soup is ready to serve.
