Noodle spring roll|Street Food|
Most of the people in India love spring rolls.Whenever they go out,to the market they used to have it but they don't know the thing the eat daily are not made with healthy vegetable and are loaded with large amount of dust particles as they are kept open by the road side.So,lets change this unhealthy dish to a healthier dish.So, let's start the recipe.
Ingredients required for the recipe are as follows:
■For the spring roll sheet.
1 cup of plain flour(maida)
Half cup semolina(Rawa/Sooji)
Pinch of salt.
1 cup of water.
1 teaspoon oil.
■For the stuffing of spring rolls.
2 cups boiled noodles
2 tbsp oil
Half teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tbsp green chilli(chopped)
1/4 cup onions(chopped)
Half cup tomatoes(finely chopped)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
Half teaspoon red chilli powder.
3 tbsp Maggi Masala
1 teaspoon soya sauce
Half teaspoon salt.
■For sticking slurry
2 tbsp plain flour(maida)
2 and a half tbsp water
■Oil for frying.
■Green chutney for serving.
Method
Step-1
Take a bowl,add 1 cup plain flour,Half cup semolina,Pinch of salt,1 cup of water,1 teaspoon oil and make a soft dough out of it.Roll out small circular shape puris out of this dough.Heat a pan at low flame,roast this puris for 1 min.30 sec. on 1 side,30 sec. on other side at low flame.Take out this sheets in a plate amd cover it with a damp cloth.
Step-2
Heat a pan,add oil as the gets hot add cumin seeds to it.Then, add chopped green chillies,onions,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and cook for 2 mins.Then, add tomatoes,soya sauce and cook till tomatoes get soft.Now,add maggi masala,salt,boiled noodles and mix together and switch off the flame.Let this noodles get cooled.
Step-3
Take a small bowl,add 2 tbsp plain flour,2 and a half tbsp water and mix together to make a slurry.
Step-4
Now,take a spring roll sheet apply the plain flour slurry at the edges and keep a small portion of noodle mixture in it,fold the side edges inside and then make a roll of it.
Prepare all roll by the same method.
Step-5
Heat oil in a pan at medium flame,as the oil gets hot add prepared spring roll in it and deep fry them till it gets the golden color.
Take out them in the serving plate.
Serve hot with green chutney or mayonnaise.
