Veg Momos recipe|Nepali recipes|

Usually we bring momos from the market which are loaded from oil and many other harmful substances which can cause harm to your body.Today,I am going to share with you the recipe of veg momos at home without using any harmful substances. Let's start the recipe.

Ingredients required for the recipe are as follows:

●2 cups grated cabbage
●1 cup finely chopped onions
●2 teaspoon chopped green chillies
●2 teaspoon grated Ginger 
●2 teaspoon soya sauce
●1 teaspoon salt
●3 tbsp oil
●2 cups of plain flour 
●Salt per for taste
●Water is required
●Momo chutney (serving)

 Method

Step-1(Dough making)
Take a bowl,add plain flour,pinch of salt,    1 tbsp oil,water and make soft dough out of it.

Step-2 (Removing water from veggies)
Take another bowl, add grated cabbage, chopped onions,green chilli,Ginger and 1 teaspoon salt and mix all together and leave it for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes,take out this mixture in a cloth and squeeze all water out from this mixture.

Step-3(Cooking veggies)
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil as the oil gets hot at prepared veggie mixture and cook for 2 minutes at high flame then add soya sauce and half teaspoon salt.Switch off the flame.

Step-4(Making momos)
Roll out the Momo dough in 4 inches diameter Puri. Now fill the veggie mixture in this dough and seal the sides.

Step-5(Steaming)
Now,steam this momos for 10 to 15 minutes at high flame.
                   Serve it hot with momo chutney and your veg momos are ready to serve.
