Khakhra,Gujarati dish.

 Khakhra is a type of cracker.It is a gujarati dishes served as a snack.It is made in different flavour like Ajwain flavour,Pani Puri flavour,jeera flavor and many more but today we are going to make a difference type of khakhra that is maggi flavoured. So,let's start the recipe 

Ingredients required for the recipe are as follows

2 cups wheat flour
●1/4 cup gram flour
●3 tsp oil + for applying on khakhra
●Salt as per taste
●3 tsp ginger chili paste
●1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
●4 tsp Maggi masala
●1/4 tsp red chilli powder 
●3/4 tsp turmeric powder 
●Water as required 


Method 

Step-1

Take a bowl,add wheat flour,gram flour,salt,ginger chilli paste,cumin seeds,maggi masala,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix all together.

Step-2
Then,add oil in it and mix it well.

Step-3
Now,add water in it and make a semi soft dough out of it.

Step-4 
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Step-5 
After 20 minutes,roll out the dough in very thin sheets.

Step-6
Now,heat a pan at low flame for a minute then put the rolled khakhra on it.

Step-7 
Now,at low flame only cook the khakhra by continuously flipping and pressing it.(while cooking the khakhra apply 5-6 drops of oil on it)

Step-8
After 2-3 minutes remove the khakhra from the pan and serve.
                          Your delicious and crispy khakhra is ready to serve.
