Masala Bread Recipe

Bread is a common breakfast eaten by the people in day to day life. Sometimes we toast them , sometimes we make sandwiches from them. But, making same sandwiches daily is boring. So, let prepare a diffrent breakfast from bread today that is easy to make and tastes delicious.

SO LET'S GET STARTED 

Ingredients

  • 4 Brown Bread
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/3 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Boiled Peas
  • 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Water If Required
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Packet Maggi Masala
Method

  • Step-1

Heat a pan and toast the bread slices till golden brown in colour and turns crisphy. Then cut the toasted bread into cubes and keep aside.

  • Step-2

Heat a pan, add oil and let it get heated;Then add mustard seeds and let it crackle and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute it.

  • Step-3

Now, add chopped tomato,boiled peas, chopped cabbage, tomato ketchup and cook for 2 minutes at high flame if required add little water.Then, add chopped coriander leaves, salt, maggi masala and bread cubes and mix altogether.Switch off the flame.

  • Step-4

Serve Masala Bread Hot.

Spicy Masala Bread is ready to serve.
