                             CARROT HALWA   Carrot halwa , also known as gajar ka halwa , gajrela , gajar pak and gajorer halua is a sweet dessert pudding in Indian subcontinent.It is made with carrots which is good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1,pottasium and Antioxidants.So,lets prepare carrot halwa at home without milk powder and without condensed milk. STEP-2 Now,Add grated carrot and cook for 2 minutes at medium flame and add cardamom powder. STEP-3 Then,Add milk to it and cook till the milk is reduced .
